ChatGPT一经推出迅速走红，仅花了60天，就达到了月活过亿，成为史上用户增长最快的互联网应用程序。

截至当前，被业内人士认为是“人工智能里程碑”的ChatGPT，到底是怎样一种存在？

首先，它并不是作为搜索引擎存在，这种工具的使用目的不是提供信息搜索。百度词条中它的引语是，“OpenAI发布的聊天机器人模型”。

相对于搜索引擎通过索引网页并匹配搜索词来提供信息，ChatGPT是通过对自然语言问题的回答来帮助用户解决问题。

如何用ChatGPT来学英语？

大多数大学水平的论文需要运用到课程或者学科文本中的特定信息，而ChatGPT是将互联网视为一个整体，检索互联网上相关主题的内容并根据自然语言整合成一篇文章，忽略了特定大学论文所必需的关键概念，也会相应失去高水平的洞察力和观察力。

师生互动缺失

ChatGPT另一个饱受诟病的缺点是减少了学生和老师之间面对面的互动，有了ChatGPT的帮助后，学生和老师之间的交流将大幅度减少。

遇到不会的问题，学生第一时间寻求ChatGPT的帮助，然而并不是所有问题都能通过ChatGPT得到解答。例如，如果学生遇到心理问题，老师面对面的交流、支持与参与，将给学生带来更大的帮助。

数据时间范围受限

由于数据时间范围的问题, ChatGPT背后的人工智能对2021年后的世界和事件的了解有限，无法搜索当下活跃的互联网，也无法从时下社交媒体上获取任何信息，不能及时反映当前事件，增加了生成错误信息的可能。

目前，ChatGPT仍处于“即兴创作阶段”。如果重复问ChatGPT同一个问题，可能会产生不符合当下逻辑的答案。
